At Parks & Wick we ship every order free across the United States — no minimum, no surprises at checkout.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays ship the next business day.
Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days after dispatch via tracked carrier. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your massager is on the move. Larger cushion and full-back units may take an extra 1–2 days depending on your location.
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Checkout is tax-free. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days or your package arrives damaged, email support@parksandwick.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
